Best Friends Pet Care at the Walt Disney World Resort

If you're like me, you prefer to never leave your animals behind, even on vacation! But unless you are staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort or have a disability that requires the use of a service animal, your only other option is to check them in at Best Friends Pet Care operated by Best Friends Pet Care, Inc.

Conveniently located across the street from Port Orleans Resort at 2510 Bonnett Creek Parkway, Lake Buena Vista, your furry friend will be treated in Disney Style with luxurious accommodations, activities and amenities including an outdoor water-spray area!  Services also include dog grooming and doggy daycare.

Most people think they only handle dogs and cats but birds, pocket pets, rabbits and even fish can be boarded! The exceptions are venomous pets, primates of any kind and native wildlife including exotic species. Of course, as with any boarding facility, all pets must be up to date on their vaccinations and written  proof must be shown at check in or you can  have your vet fax it to them prior at 203-840-5266.

Reservations at Best Friends Pet Care are not required but recommended; Disney Resort hotel reservations do not guarantee space for your pets.  Call 877-4-WDW-PETS to be sure your have a space for Fido!

Check out all the cute animals on their Facebook page!
